Our Troop Committee is a shared group with NC Troop 321B. We thank our leaders for their "one hour per week" often working with Boys and Girls Troops and Cub Pack with many positions among our units. Won't you answer the call to serve the youth of our units by becoming a committee member today. There are many hats to choose from. Chart Org Rep - Mr. Matt

Mr. Matt is a 2nd generation Eagle Scout and a 3rd generation scout leader. Matt has been a Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelo, and Arrow of Light den leader. Matt’s whole family is continuing the tradition of scouting. His sons both started as cubs in Pack 321 and his wife is a 321 den leader. He has done 3 tours of Philmont. Prominent Certifications include BALOO, IOLS and WFA. Matt has been recognized with Occoneechee/Impeesa Dist with the Distinguished Scouter Award. Matt specializes in fire making and knot tying and all things knives.

Committee Chair - Mr. Warren

Mr. Warren’s scouting journey started as a child, where he reached the rank of Webelos. Soon after his family moved and his scouting adventure ended until he had kids. He started in Cub Scouts when his son was a wolf and he became Pinewood Derby Chair. After that he became Assistant Den Leader for Bears and Webelos I. During that time he attended Woodbadge and after coming back he became Committee Chair. His favorite part of scouting is participating in events and doing anything that’s needed for scouts to have the best experience. Now he serves as Committee Chair for both T321G & B.
